Standard promotional materials weren't cutting it. MTSU's CIM program needed compelling recruitment content.

A video campaign featuring six CIM graduates in their professional environments to showcase diverse career opportunities in their multibillion-dollar industry.

The project delivered seven assets: a comprehensive 15-minute documentary plus six individual graduate spotlights for targeted recruitment use.

We executed the project across six shooting days, each dedicated to one graduate. Using cinema-grade equipment and a run-and-gun documentary style, we captured authentic workplace moments while maintaining premium production value.

Our minimal gear footprint – cinema camera, lavalier mics, and shotgun mics – allowed us to be nimble through various industrial and corporate environments.

The documentary weaves together six distinct career paths, using natural transitions and music shifts to maintain momentum.

Off-camera interview questions yielded conversational responses, avoiding staged corporate testimonials. Each segment had to stand strong individually while contributing to the larger story of CIM’s impact on the concrete industry.

The final video suite gives MTSU’s recruitment team versatile tools for different contexts – from industry events to social media. We captured genuine stories that showcase the program’s role in shaping industry leaders.

This project demonstrates how technical career paths can be presented through authentic storytelling while maintaining high production standards.

Endure Athletics

Seeking donations from their neighbors, Endure Athletics needed to share their mission.

We delivered a 4½-minute documentary and comprehensive b-roll library for ongoing marketing needs. Our scope included four days of embedded filming within their program, ensuring authentic content capture.

Observing rather than directing, we used creative cinematography to protect student privacy while capturing genuine program moments. Close-ups and strategic b-roll told powerful stories without compromising confidentiality.

Our narrative followed a clear path: reveal the challenge of youth homelessness, demonstrate Endure’s educational and mentorship solutions, then guide viewers to action through their Champions program.

This three-part structure—problem, solution, call-to-action—created natural momentum toward community involvement.

The final piece illustrates how local action creates lasting impact, while the additional footage provides Endure Athletics with versatile content for future campaigns and social media. This comprehensive approach maximized production value and strengthened their visual storytelling toolkit.

On the phone instead of in the shop, The Wedding Gown Tailor needed a comprehensive media campaign to educate brides.

Three strategic 1.5-minute videos formed the campaign’s core: a brand showcase and two process explainers. Supporting photography, graphics, and blog content completed the package. Through vendor partnerships, we elevated production value and expanded reach across local bridal networks.

Over three shooting days, we documented the artistry and precision of wedding gown alteration. Focusing on the tailor’s craft and consultation process, we captured the intimate details that transform dresses into perfect fits.

Each piece served a clear purpose: showcase expertise, explain the fitting process, and clarify consultations. This three-part approach eliminated repetitive client education while maintaining the personal touch essential to bridal services.

Bankuity AI

A strong spotlight presentation deserves a longer life. Bankuity needed to extend their conference to wider audiences.

We captured Bancuity’s 8-minute product presentation for permanent hosting on their website. With this cornerstone content, we crafted six promotional cuts, each designed to capture attention and drive potential clients to the full presentation where Bankuity’s complete value proposition could unfold.

Using two cameras—one for wide coverage and another for dynamic angles—we documented both the presentation and audience engagement. Discrete lavalier microphones and seamless slide integration preserved the authentic energy of the live event while achieving broadcast quality.

The main video preserved Michael’s powerful conference moment—a concise, compelling presentation that moved seamlessly from industry pain points to Bancuity’s innovative solutions. Short-form cuts served as entry points, each promising and delivering more of his engaging spotlight performance.

The final content strategy transformed a powerful live moment into a permanent lead generator. Through targeted deployment of the shorter pieces, Bancuity continues drawing new audiences to their complete presentation long after the conference ended.
